How does the pickup process work?

Once you place an order, we schedule a pickup at your chosen address. Our team arrives with proper packing materials, documents each item with photos, and transports everything to our secure warehouse. You can also deliver items yourself.

How do I get my items back?

Simply log into your dashboard, find the item you need, and click "Request Return." We'll deliver to your preferred address within 12 hours.

Yes. All storage plans include comprehensive insurance coverage up to ₾1,000 per item.

What items can I store?

We accept furniture, electronics, documents, seasonal items, boxes, and more. Hazardous materials, perishable foods, and illegal items are not accepted.

Is there a minimum storage period?

The minimum storage period is 1 month. You can extend at any time from your dashboard.

How is pricing calculated?

You pay per cubic meter (m³) your items occupy, multiplied by the storage duration. No fixed rooms — just the actual space used. Longer plans offer bigger discounts. Starting from ₾1/month.

How much does storing 10 boxes cost, for example?

10 standard boxes ≈ 1 m³. The pricing-page calculator shows the exact amount — pricing is always by volume.

Can I get back only some of my items?

Yes — in your dashboard you choose item by item what to return. Courier delivery is paid (at the transport rate); picking up at the warehouse yourself is free.

What if an item gets damaged?

Every item is photographed at intake, so its condition is documented. Each item is insured up to ₾1,000 — contact us and we'll handle it within the insurance coverage.

Can I store luggage while traveling?

Yes — we collect suitcases and travel gear from hotels too, and deliver them back when you return. Details on the luggage storage page.

Who packs the items?

The courier brings packing materials and packs on the spot. If you prefer to pack in advance, you can buy a cardboard box on the packaging page — delivered to your address.

The warehouse is under 24/7 video surveillance with controlled access, and every item is insured. Only our team has access to stored items.

Is there a minimum volume or charge?

Pricing follows your items' actual volume; the minimum is ₾1 per item per month and the minimum term is 1 month.

What items don't you store?

We store most things, but a few categories are not accepted: musical instruments (piano, guitar, grand piano), perishable goods and food, liquids, flammable/explosive or hazardous items, weapons and ammunition, illegal or legally prohibited items, live animals and plants, and cash or valuables.
